At FIT Physical Therapy of Florida, we treat all conditions with a hands-on approach focusing on the use of a variety of manual therapy techniques to diagnosis and treat any alignment that may bother you, acute or chronic. We also incorporate very specific exercises and functional activities that are tailored to each patient paying attention to technique and biomechanical alignment during activities. Posture and alignment cannot be separated from function and pain, which we will diagnose with our thorough assessment. We feel it is important to use manual therapy daily in each treatment session as touching our patients tells us a lot about underlying dysfunctions and causes of pain. Manual therapy is one of the most therapeutic modalities that we can offer our patients with the skill and experience of clinicians. Therapy like no other place you have ever been because the focus here is on your needs. Functional, Integrative and Therapeutic ...that is FIT.
